Service Tracking (ST) Number System
SWE-DISH runs a state of the art service tracking system to handle all aftersales & support related issues. This web-based database system allows the customer to have total control of their ongoing Service issue. SWE-DISH engineers can be on-line at any time worldwide and be connected to the same system as all the regional SWE-DISH service centers. The details of the problem will be registered in the system when the customer contacts the Service & Support department.
The ST number that you receive from SWE-DISH is used as a reference number. It is also used as a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. You will have to receive this number before you can return any equipment to SWE-DISH. It should be placed clearly on both the packaging and documentation. As a customer, you have the ability to follow the progress of your Service issue over the Internet if desired. Please contact the Service & Support department for more information.
