SWE-DISH provides turnkey vehicle and trailer based satellite uplinks utilizing the Drive-Away antenna systems. Each vehicle is designed and built for the country of operation for one or a combination of uses. By being a non-conventional coachbuilder we are able to offer a modern, innovative and flexible approach to design by using special materials to achieve the maximum capability within the lowest weight budget.

Our DSNG Vehicles cover a wide range; small MPV/Minivan, mid sized Sprinter/E350 type and larger box bodied vans and trucks.

The internal working environment is one of the most important features for the operator so special consideration is given to ergonomics, functionality and comfort. By incorporating the RF amplifiers /upconverters in the Drive-Away antenna pod noise and heat are generated outside the van, significantly reducing the internal environmental stress and discomfort to the operator. The air-conditioner is also mounted inside the front of the pod to keep the complete roof installation compact and maintain the aerodynamic lines of the antenna.

Power systems are based on single or 3-phase shore supply, on-board independent generators, engine driven generators, battery-fed inverters, or UPS systems. The optimum combination can provide long term operation, complete independence and rapid on-air operation for fast live news events.
