SWE-DISH Small Satellite Terminal Solution Now Available with MPEG-4 Video from Envivio

Amsterdam, Netherlands - September 10, 2006 - Envivio Inc., a leading technology provider of IP-based MPEG-4 video solutions for telcos, enterprises, and broadcasters and SWE-DISH Satellite Systems AB, a world-leading supplier of mobile satellite communications equipment and related services for broadband applications announced today the immediate availability of a solution to provide IP broadband and broadcast quality MPEG-4 video. The SWE-DISH® solution bundles their IPT Suitcase with the Envivio® 4Caster™ B3 MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 encoder to offer the most compact and quickest-to-air MPEG-4 video enabled small satellite terminal.

"The SWE-DISH Suitcase and the Envivio 4Caster B3 video encoder technologies create a powerful combination that will allow SWE-DISH to offer new customers and its installed base the highest quality MPEG-4 video capabilities in addition to voice and data services." said Lars Jehrlander, president and CEO of SWE-DISH.

With easy, one person operation, the IPT Suitcase with 4Caster B3 solution offers up to 4 Mbps IP broadband transmission along with the highest quality MPEG-4 video at the lowest possible bit rate from anywhere in the world and it is ideal for news organizations, military units, government agencies and rescue organizations operating in remote locations. By joining the two IP-based technologies from SWE-DISH and Envivio, the system also offers an easy upgrade path for existing IPT Suitcase users to support MPEG-4 video capabilities.

"By combining the Envivio MPEG-4 encoding technology with SWE-DISH satellite technology, a new range of customers will now have access to the highest video picture quality at extremely low bit rates," said Julien Signès, president and CEO of Envivio. "Now, users in even the most remote locations can transmit broadcast quality video worldwide."

SWE-DISH will organize a European road show of their full product range, including the IPT Suitcase with Envivio 4Caster B3 encoder. Beginning on September 22, 2006 in Sweden, the road show will tour through eight countries, including Denmark, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Czech Republic and Hungary and will conclude in Poland on October 20th. Companies interested in attending the road show should contact SWE-DISH at www.swe-dish.com
