Ulf Berg new Chairman of SWE-DISH's Board

Ulf Berg, former Chairman of Ericsson Microwave Systems and President of Ericsson AB, takes on the role as Chairman of the Board at SWE-DISH Satellite Systems.

Ulf Berg replaces Stig-Arne Larsson as Chairman of the Board, effective as of January 1, 2004. Ulf Berg has more than 30 years experience from the communications, defense electronics, and satellite industry.

The last three years he was Chairman of the Board at Ericsson Microwave Systems and President at Ericsson AB. Before that, Ulf Berg was CEO at Ericsson Microwave Systems. Ericsson Microwave Systems is a subsidiary of Ericsson, and a world-leading supplier of radar sensors and information networks, primarily acting on the defense market. Prior to that he was executive Vice President for Saab Ericsson Space AB.
