SWE-DISH Names James Gerow President of U.S. Operations

STOCKHOLM, Sweden and Sterling, Va. - March 18, 2008 -  SWE-DISH Satellite Systems AB, a DataPath company specializing in compact, quick-to-air and easy-to-use mobile satellite communications equipment, has named James Gerow as president of SWE-DISH Satellite Systems Inc., the company's business unit that focuses on the U.S. market.

Before joining SWE-DISH, Gerow was with U.S. Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR), where he gained extensive experience in the deployment and operation of advanced communications systems. Prior to SOCEUR, Gerow served as a program manager at U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) and as an engineer with the Naval Air Warfare Center. Gerow had served as senior vice president of SWE-DISH's U.S.-based operations since joining the company in 2003.
